Ulead Auto Detector is a program that auto-detects digital camera connection or the presence of an inserted memory card. By default, Ulead AutoDetector is always launched and enabled in the system tray of the Taskbar every time you start your computer.

When the Ulead Auto Detector detects and recognizes a digital camera or memory card (either of them must follow the DCF standard), a Ulead imaging application will be called up and either of the following will be opened:

*For Ulead Photo Explorer or PhotoImpact:
Open Digital Camera Wizard Opens the Digital Camera Wizard dialog box, which allows you to easily get images from your digital camera or card reader.
*Open camera folder in Browse Pane Opens the detected camera folder (that is, the folder that stores images, video and audio).

To permanently disable auto detector from running on startup, please right click on the Ulead Autodetector on the system tray then select Options. Here you can specify the settings you want.

Thank you and good luck!
